Day 1 – Afternoon/evening arrival at Istanbul International Airport
Two nights at Amiral Palace, Istanbul (BB)
 
Day 2 – Full-day Istanbul old city tour – Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia, Underground Cisterns, Topkapi Palace.  
Day 3 – Morning Bosphorus tour. Afternoon fly to Bodrum.
Two nights at Marina Vista, Bodrum (BB)
 
Day 4 – Tour of Bodrum Castle and other historic sites on the peninsula.  
Day 5 – Didyma, Miletus, Priene
Didyma - One of the most sacred cities in the ancient Greek world, Didyma had an oracle of Apollo that rivalled Delphi. Today, its massive Temple of Apollo is still majestic in ruins.
Miletus - An important port city visited by Paul, Miletus contains the ruins of the Temple of Serapis, a Byzantine church with an important inscription, and the Sacred Way to Didyma.
Priene - This ancient Hellenistic city boasts the Temple of Athena and other significant ruins.

Day 6 – Ephesus
Ephesus - One of the great ancient cities of Asia Minor and home to the Temple of Artemis (one of the Seven Wonders of the World). Today, the extensive ruins of Ephesus are a major attraction giving insights into the life of those times. Includes visits to the House of Mary and St John’s Basilica.
 
Day 7 – Sardis, Thyatira, Pergamum, Assos
Sardis - The capital of the kingdom of Lydia, Sardis had a very large and prosperous Jewish community and was one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. The ruined ancient synagogue here is the most impressive in the west.
Thyatira - Was a Greek city and early centre of Christianity. The apostle Paul visited the city several times and it was one of the Seven Churches of Revelation.
Pergamum - Built on a conical hill rising 1,000 feet above the surrounding valley, Pergamum was an important capital city in ancient times. Its acropolis and Asklepion are among the most important historical sites on the Mediterranean.
Assos - Towards the end of his third missionary journey, Paul walked from Alexandrian Troas to Assos, to meet up with his companions.
Overnight at Adatepe Pensions in Adatepe hilltop village (HB)
 
Day 8 - Troy – Visit the ruins of an ancient city made famous by Homer, and then continue to Istanbul.
Overnight at Amiral Palace, Istanbul (BB)
 
Day 9 – Fly home
